About the Course: The course is of one year duration (2 Semesters) and covers various aspects of Operation & Maintenance of Thermal Power Plants. Formal coaching shall be held at Regional Institute of NPTI, located at Badarpur, New Delhi. On-job training is conducted at the nearby Power Stations. The course authorises the Diploma Holders to operate or undertake maintenance of any part or whole of generating station of capacity 100 MW and above together with the associated sub station.
