Project Oriented Biological Education (POBE)
These programmes, conducted summer for 6-8 weeks (-mid May to July), are aimed at infusing creativity and scientific temper into undergraduates. They involve lectures, laboratory projects and research work. Selected students are expected to work at the Centre for three such periods. During these periods, they will be paid a monthly scholarship of Rs.4000/-, and will receive a certificate from the Centre upon successfully completion of the programme.
